Where Do I Vote? November 9, 2011. The 2011 election results are in, and the news for area Republicans is great at the County level, but not so great here in town. GOP candidate Chris Bauers won a Council seat in the North Ward, which is excellent news. He will be a very hard-working and smart addition to Borough Hall. Finally, newcomer Brady Appleman was unable to unseat incumbent Mike Speck in the East Ward.
